Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
We sincerely apologize if our product has not met your expectations. We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If the return is due to a defect in the product or another error on our behalf, we will pay for the return shipping and provide you with a return label. To initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail us at returns@traditionscarves.com with your order information.
REFUNDABLE SERVICES & MERCHANDISE
Product Condition: Merchandise must be in unworn and unwashed condition and the return must include the original packaging.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES & MERCHANDISE
Orders that are returned outside of the appropriate return window and/or are in unsuitable condition will not be accepted for a refund.
Shipping Fees: Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
